I was born in England, lived in Colombia as a Kid Missionary, and only spoke Spanish until I was 5 years old. My journey in sports began at a young age when I picked up a baseball bat for the first time at just five years old. The thrill of the game captivated me, and from that moment on, I immersed myself in the world of sports. Baseball quickly became my passion, fueling dreams of one day going pro. I dedicated countless hours to practice, honing my skills and learning the intricacies of the game. The lessons I learned on the field—teamwork, perseverance, and discipline—have not only shaped me as an athlete but also as an individual. Helping others is not just a privilege but a civic duty. I am thankful to my mom for making this a value that I will always live by. Volunteering is about doing something without expecting anything in return. You help others because you can, to be a person who cares and to be a valuable member of our community. I strive to be a role model for younger athletes, encouraging them to not only pursue their dreams but also to understand the value of supporting others along the way.
